运用自编的中小学体育教师职业压力源问卷,对173名中小学体育教师进行调查。研究表明:目前有88.4%的中小学体育教师对自己的职业感到有压力;中小学体育教师职业压力源主要来源于工资待遇、工作外部环境、职业发展要求、学校组织气氛和社会因素等5个方面;中小学体育教师在性别、学历和职称3个方面存在显著差异,但在地区分布和年龄上则差异不显著。
Abstract：173 P.E.teachers in elementary and middle schools were tested with professional pressure source questionnaire made by the author.The research result shows that 88.4% of the P.E.teachers have the professional pressure and the pressure is mainly from salary,working environment,professional development requirement,school organization and social factors.The differences of sex,schooling and professional titles among the P.E.teachers in the elementary and middle schools are great,while the differences of location and age are not great.
